First Officer – Airbus A320
About the Role
Skybus Virtual is seeking dedicated and professional A320 First Officers to join our growing flight operations team. As a First Officer, you’ll help us continue building one of the most immersive and realistic virtual airline experiences in the community. You’ll work alongside experienced Captains and fellow pilots, flying scheduled routes across our expanding network of 47 destinations using real-world procedures, dispatch briefs, and operational tools.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the Airbus A320 fleet on scheduled and charter flights within the Skybus network.

Prepare flight plans, fuel loads, and weather briefs using airline-style procedures.

Execute all flight phases in accordance with Skybus SOPs and realistic airline operations.

Communicate effectively with Dispatch, ATC (VATSIM/IVAO), and crew members.

Log flights accurately through the Skybus ACARS system.

Participate in training, events, and community challenges.

Uphold the Skybus Code of Conduct and represent the airline with professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- VATSIM or IVAO membership with active ATC experience.

Experience operating the Airbus A320 in MSFS, X-Plane, or P3D.

Completion of the Skybus AQP Training Program.

Proficiency in basic flight planning, IFR procedures, and navigation.

Ability to use SimBrief, Navigraph, or equivalent dispatch tools.
Preferred Qualifications

VATSIM or IVAO membership with P4 rating (vATPL).

Prior virtual airline experience.

Familiarity with airline-style documentation and dispatch systems.
