Skybus Virtual Airlines (“Skybus Virtual,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a non-commercial flight simulation organization created for entertainment and educational purposes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with Canadian PIPEDA, U.S. privacy expectations, and European GDPR requirements.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Skybus Virtual platform. This includes:

- VATSIM CID or other network identifiers
- Flight simulation experience (hours, simulator type, aircraft)

- Creating and maintaining user accounts
- Reviewing applications for virtual roles
- Validating VATSIM or other network membership

Skybus Virtual never sells personal data and does not share information with advertisers or external marketers.

For users located in the European Union, we process data under the following legal bases:

Skybus Virtual is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA compliance). If we learn that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:
